Stung

Saw Sting perform at Pitampura yesterday. Nearly every decent person in Delhi was there, which explains the small crowd. The man sang v. well, obviously, but somehow the crowd never got into it, apart from a small cluster in front. but great fun. my second big concert, nowhere near paul mccartney at earls court, of course, but great.

he messed up Desert Rose trying to do everything himself, but Englishman in new york and Roxanne were very very good. giant screens with Delhis overground metro trains lighting up tracks behind, and a giant TV tower towering ominously behind mild-mannered revellers…good stuff.

    2) theres nothing WRONG with stung per se – ok, so it wasnt a title given with a great deal of forethought. but i dont really sit and think for hours before each post, you know
    3) filly reporters?
