Why start another blog?

All, right, so its doomed to failure, like nearly all my projects.

So?

Five chapters to go till Manticores Secret first draft is done.

So let it be written

So let it be done.

Broto is thinking of quitting it all and starting a videogame company. Hes also going to a fashion show today where Shayan Munshi is apparently one of the headliners.

Shrabonti is leaving Delhi and moving to Bangalore.

Ditto Chandrima. Bombay. Above Rani Mukherjees flat apparently.

Have invented Obscene Manuscript Game. Will develop and explot commercially some day. Tried it out on fantasy manuscript I got which is neatly plagiarized from my book, of all things.

Hollow laughter.

Funny joke of the day: What do you call a svelte hippopotamus supermodel?

HippopotaMoss.

Speaking of which, if you know how many nipples a hippo has, please let me know. I know it doesnt seem important, but it really is.

  1. this:

Another story frequently told by villagers is that baby pygmy hippos do not nurse, but instead lick the foamy secretions from the mother’s skin for nourishment. In fact, female pygmy hippos have two some- what inconspicuous nipples on the abdomen. The skin is well supplied with pores which exude droplets of fluid, as is also the case with its larger relative. The secretions serve to lubricate and protect the skin and make the body very slippery to the touch. With physical exertion, the lubricating layer takes on a white, foamy appearance, and secretions may be found on the foliage along paths if one of the animals has just passed there. Exposure to intense sunlight can produce solar dermatitis and skin damage in this species if it is kept from shade or water.

    from here.
