  1. Its sorry Bridget and sorry to the writer of this article as well !

Being single has nothing to it. Its much more fun. You cook what you like, eat what you like, sleep when you like, do your laundry at 10 pm in the night or 5 am in the morning. Join a gym, go out at 8 PM. …. the world is your oyster.

It puts you in a situation of total self control. I do think being married is overrated.

Neither do i have to watch my biological clock ticktocking.. I have two children.

I am 45 and age no bar ! Dont miss being young… there are pressures attached to being young and proving yourself to the world.

So here’s to the Single Woman, all you need to lose is your prejudice !

  2. Ha! You young, gullible boy, never believe these ‘who needs a relationship’ types. Who says you can’t be in a relationship and still cook what you like, do your laundry whenever, join a gym etc etc? Only when the in-laws are visiting are you forced to inject some of that dread word DISCIPLINE in your life. And that is, what, like, one month a year? Take it from much married me. Plus, you get somebody to share the bills with. Economics is sooo important in today’s world, no?

  3. Economy versus added expenditure. Added headaches. Added fight for space. Added fight for self. Nope !

Sincerely want to be alone all my life.
