Visitors at home since last blog: Broto, Sunay, Rudra, Rapti, Paco the Dutch, eM, Motheater, Arjun, Rakhi, 6 random guys from XLRI, Arjuns elderly male lover, Smita, Sharmila, Sarnath, four of eM’s friends…is that all? think ive missed out some. Anyway, house is empty now. Muhahaha etc
Have been writing – sent many many scripts to Ravi at GICS, got asked to do more. have to find out when i get paid.
have also been gaming after a long time…Sims 2, Spidey 2, Warcraft 3, Fifa ’05, RAW. good fun.
Another round of movie shopping happened…piced up Ray and Sideways and Before Sunset yesterday, so cheers all around.
I love home internet connections. Now i need never go out of this room again.
Oh, also got myself a Sandman standalone followup, with a full-page illustration beside every page of text. quite beautiful.
wrote an article on saratchandra (my Bangla teacher, who by the way Stoob and I met recently in the most bizarre manner possible at the CR park kali mandir, just had a coughing fit. this was for the TOIs new books section, on which jai has very strong views. in a mildly defensive manner, specially since i think im appearing in the next one, have to say i quite liked it. i think you can never have too many books sections in papers.
