End of another nice, long, antisocial Cal trip. Back to the real world tomorrow. Good news is that I might be on the verge of getting my first column. But lets see…like most things, its all very tentative.

Long visit to telegraph office today…met everyone, had fun. spoke to rajrupa after a very long time – we were really close about nine years ago (yes, jai, when i was six) in the voices (statesman in school) writing days. had no idea i would be a journalist then, of course – i just went to meet girls. sigh again. good times.
