…And we’re off.

So, I went to Khan Market for lunch and then sauntered into a bookstore to look at the New Arrivals section and mourn the fact that my book was missing. Having done so, I was greatly surprised to see that the book, while not amongst the New Arrivals, had nevertheless actually arrived and was lurking in the Indian section, trying not to draw attention to itself.

Go to.

ok, it’s out in Delhi now, which means it might be out this weekend elsewhere, and if it’s not you can yell and break stuff. I will.

Β Update:

And here is the first piece on it, on IBNlive.com

  5. What? No fancy launch on budday like last year? Nevertheless, I’m told by someone (let’s call her Ash) that the book is available in shops. Will buy tomorrow. Until then, am avoiding all reviews.

  6. walked into Tekson’s Bookshop in Noida on Saturday and there it was sitting on top of the previous two books. I didn’t have any worthwhile money but I borrowed some from my girlfriend and I was good to go. I’ve read a little and I’m already aching with laughter.

  8. I called Oxford and Landmark in Mumbai on Saturday and they had no idea about the book or when will it be available. I check in Crossword (Mumbai-Kempas Corner) today and they also had no idea when the book would arrive. ’10 days maybe’ was all the attendent said helpfully.

Any idea exactly when will it be available in Mumbai and at which bookstore?
