  1. Nice! And suitably sinister.
I like the font of your name.
How come a new cover though? Is it supposed to change every year, or when sales hit the roof?

  2. and when does the manticore’s secret come out. i might seem a tad over enthusiastic, but i am visiting home for a short while and leave in the second week of december across the vertical sea. and i do tend to be extremely self centered and can’t get over the fact that the earth does not revolve around me, but when oh when.

the word verification word was ‘damopr’. sounds like one of your ravians.

  9. heh.

sonia: no, its just that now that its fixed its a trilogy, the covers will have to look similar.

dr. a: soon. very soon. will hopefully be out second week december. and damopr is rather nice

ps: no. thats the way i wanted, because the characters never match the way they look in the readers head.

tbo: i doubt it. delhi, bombay, cal mostly fixed, am working on bangalore. id definitely like to come to chennai, though. will see if something can be worked out.

ancalagon: yes, but loads of other RPGs as well. sort of generic RPG reference.

komal, b, tel, thanks v much.

Tridib: mine too. ill put the second books cover up v soon.

  10. Yes, this cover is classier. Closer to my conception of what the jacket of a SFF novel should look like.

  13. Personally, I liked the original black cover better…
Gameworld? Didn’t quite see the reasoning behind the name – maybe because I haven’t read the second book.
The name font is good though.

  15. Nice. Could we see Manticore’s cover as well? And yes, do try to come to Chennai too.

  16. Just bought the first book yesterday. Half way through it already, and loving it 🙂

Might even do a review soon. Let’s see!

And me too like the older cover. Somehow feels cooler. Of course I agree about the not-having-characters-on-the-cover bit. Pratchett’s characters always look so ugly on his covers.
