I check in Crossword (Mumbai-Kempas Corner) today and they also had no idea when the book would arrive. ’10 days maybe’ was all the attendent said helpfully.

Any idea exactly when will it be available in Mumbai and at which bookstore?

I didn’t have any worthwhile money but I borrowed some from my girlfriend and I was good to go. I’ve read a little and I’m already aching with laughter.
